About this tour

This is a steady climb above Karimabad towards the meadows below Ultar Sar, a peak of more than 7,000 metres. It suits people who are comfortable walking uphill for several hours a day.

Porters carry the camping gear. Conditions on the trail change through the season, so we confirm the route with local guides before you set off.

Tour Itinerary

  1. Day 1

    Karimabad to the first camp

    Briefing, then a steady climb on the trail above the village.

  2. Day 2

    Up to Ultar Meadows

    Continue to the meadows with time to explore before dark.

  3. Day 3

    Descent to Karimabad

    Walk back down to Karimabad and finish with hot food.
